Availability of Products

All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund the whole amount.

Shipping

  • We offer free shipping above certain quantities of shirts ordered. Please contact info@uad.co.in for more information

  • Allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery once the order is being placed.

  • Subject to availability, (mentioned above), and unless there are any exceptional circumstances, we will endeavor to fulfill your order for product(s) listed in the Order Confirmation by the delivery date set out in the invoice.

Returns

  • If you wish to return a product within 10 days upon receiving, please contact info@bluefrench.in. 

  • You should be aware that you are under an obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) whilst they are in your possession. This means including all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings when returning the product(s) in the same condition as received. Failure to exercise such reasonable care may, depending on the circumstances may result in charging you for shipping and damage cost.

  • In circumstances where you consider the product does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery. You should promptly notify us through web contact form or by email at info@bluefrench.in.

  • Once we receive the product, we will fully examine and notify you of your right to refund(if any) via email within reasonable amount of time. 

  • We aim to process the refund within 7-10 working days since you have been notified via email that you are entitled to a refund.
